楊志偉共同創辦數位廣告公司cacafly.com，之後至劍橋大學攻讀ＭＢＡ，畢業後在歐美亞三洲參與跨國集團的策略投資，投後管理等工作。在2016-2019年，他協助矽谷教育新創 Wonder Workshop 的亞洲市場發展，負責運營及融資，並累積教育新創及投資機構的深厚人脈。2019年後，他回到cacafly負責跨國發展及投融資，並回交大GMBA兼任助理教授。
